All Brampton Furniture & Mattress products are delivered by our dedicated and professional delivery team. Delivery is available directly to your door.
Delivery charges apply based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The following timelines are estimates (business days):

Shipping Zone 1 – GTA (6 to 10 days)

Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Peel, Brampton, Milton, Markham, Oakville

Shipping Zone 2 – 7 to 14 days

Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Barrie, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newcastle

Shipping Zone 3 – 10 to 20 days

Port Hope, Cobourg, Belleville, Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal, Laval, and surrounding regions

Please note: These delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 9 PM.
Weekend or evening deliveries within the GTA may be arranged upon special request.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery Limitations

Please ensure that your entrance, hallways, and staircases are wide enough for the furniture to be delivered safely.
Brampton Furniture & Mattress is not responsible if an item cannot fit into your home due to narrow entrances or limited access.
If this occurs, we reserve the right to leave the merchandise outside your premises.

Revisit Fees

If a second delivery attempt is required due to any issues during the initial delivery, a $200 CAD revisit fee will apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We highly recommend inspecting all items at the time of delivery.
Any damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will gladly replace damaged parts or provide a full replacement if necessary.

Pickup Option (Free)

You may also choose free curbside pickup from our warehouse.
