Refund policy
At Brampton Furniture & Mattress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Window
We offer a hassle-free return window lasting 7 days from the date you receive your product.
If 7 days have passed since the product was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Restocking Fees & Return Transportation
All sales are considered final. Returns are subject to restocking fees and require the customer to arrange transportation:

Unopened Returns: 20% restocking fee

Opened Returns: 50% restocking fee

Transportation: Customers must arrange and pay for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
2. Damages, Wrong Items & Delivery Inspection
We ask all customers to inspect their items at the time of delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery

You must inspect your merchandise and sign in the presence of the delivery representative to confirm the order was received.

Carefully examine your items for visible signs of damage.

Do not accept delivery if the product arrives damaged.
Reporting Post-Delivery Issues (48-Hour Rule)
If damage or incorrect items are discovered after unboxing:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email photos of the damage so we can assess the issue.

With the original receipt, we will exchange, replace, or repair the item as needed.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, customization, or product type, certain items are non-returnable, including:

Pillows

Boxsprings

Custom-Made Items

Sale Items

4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product leaves our warehouse for a full refund—typically within 24 hours of placing the order.
If your order is canceled after the item has left the warehouse, the original shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item (following the 14-day return policy). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
